Can’t recommend Lisa enough. What a gem of a find!
Having previously used a dog boarder that I was really disappointed with and the quality of care given to my two Beagles I was very nervous about leaving them with someone new.
I needn’t of worried.
Right from the first point of contact Lisa was very responsive, informative and above all friendly. She allowed us to drop in at her home to have an initial familiarisation and to meet ‘the hounds’.
They have a great space and it’s definitely a lovely home from home environment.
Lots of messages/ photos and updates which put your mind at ease. The last time I left them I was a bag of nerves and worried about them as communication was non existent but I went away this time feeling pretty relaxed.
Collected them late this morning and I was just overwhelmed at how happy they were, they hadn’t lost weight and were so content playing and socialising with the other pups.
Now anyone that knows anything about Beagles will know they are full of energy and can play for hours, these hounds have slept like babies this afternoon.

We were so worried about finding somewhere for Ziggy, where we would be relaxed enough to leave him while we go on holidays. We feel lucky to have found Lisa. Ziggy loves her and she is really great with him and all his foibles.

Our doggies Blaze and Charlie have stayed with Lisa and her family over the last 7 days they’ve both had a lovely stay, lovely walkies and come back home stress free knowing that blaze especially settled well was good to know. The regular updates and photos meant that we were completely at ease with the care they were receiving at Lisa’s whilst on holiday knowing they were in safe hands. Couldn’t recommend Gosforth dog boarding more everyone knows how much of a part of the family the dogs are and knowing that they receive such good care makes us all even happier
